Leadership Board
Established in 2008, this exuberant group of young professionals has come together to help engage the next generation in supporting the YWCA of Greater Portland. Comprised of professionals under the age of 35, the Leadership Board is active in fundraising, advocacy, outreach and marketing activities to recognition of the YWCA.
In June 2009, the YWCA Leadership Board hosted their first ever YWCA fundraiser – the Off-Key Karaoke bash at the offices of Wieden + Kennedy. This event was attended by over 300 people and helped raise over $20,000 to support the programs of the YWCA.
