Janette McMurran - Kunkel, Camp Director
Janette thinks that camp is the perfect job for her since she loves to meet new people, play and explore! This is her third year working with YWCA Camp Westwind and brings over 19 years of camp and non-profit experience to the YWCA. She has an avid passion for camping and it's impact on people of all ages. Outside of camp she loves traveling, live music shows and peppermint ice cream.

Sarah Keplinger, Camp Westwind Office Coordinator

Sarah comes to camp with a vast array of experience from banking to catering and ultimately has a passion for children and the mission of the YWCA.  She originally comes from the mid-west but we will forgive her for that since she has called Portland home for over 5 years.  She loves her two amazing dogs and husband Burt. They enjoy hunting in the forest for the perfect Christmas tree, hosting holiday meals for people who have no family and, unfortunately, the Green Bay Packers.
