Stand Against Racism
The YWCA's Stand Against Racism campaign strives to eliminate racism by raising awareness and increasing visibility around racism and all its forms during this annual event.
YWCA of Greater Portland sent out over 2,000 letters to local businesses, places of worship, schools and neighborhood associations asking for them to participate in this event. The following organizations signed up to Take a Stand:
